VOTING PROCESS

Voting will be conducted via digital ballot. Each voter will need to have access to a digital device (computer, phone, tablet, etc.) with access to a browser and an active internet connection. Once voting has been opened, a link will be shared with all delegates and/or you’ll be asked to scan a QR code.

When voting, be sure to enter your:

• First and last name as it appears on your voter registration
• Email Address you will receive vote confirmation at
• Your Vote
• If you are carrying a proxy for another delegate, you will be asked to check a box. Once you do, you will then be prompted to enter the information of the delegate you are carrying a proxy for.
• Be sure to ask them before Assembly:
• Their first and last name as it appears on their voter registration
• Any voting directives they may have for you.

Once the chair closes voting, votes will be tallied, and unofficial results will be shared.

I do not have access to email or have other reasons that prevent me from being able to complete an electronic ballot, what can I do?

Every delegate without an email address was mailed the Official Call with a paper ballot.
